Terms of Service

Effective August 29, 2026. By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using IGFirstERP, you agree to these terms.

1. Service Scope

IGFirstERP provides business operations software and related tools. Features may evolve over time to improve reliability and performance.

2. Account Responsibility

3. Acceptable Use

You must not use the service to violate law, interfere with platform operations, abuse integrations, or attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.

4. Billing Channels and Subscription

A subscription may be billed directly by IGFirstERP or through Apple or Google Play. The billing source shown in Plan & Billing controls renewal, cancellation, payment method changes, and applicable refund handling. A business may have only one active base subscription, and may switch channels after the existing paid term expires unless IGFirstERP confirms a different assisted transition.

Store prices may differ from direct-contract prices because storefront pricing, taxes, currencies, and provider costs differ. The price and renewal terms shown by the store at confirmation are authoritative for that store purchase.

5. Renewals, Cancellation, and Refunds

Apple and Google subscriptions may renew automatically until cancelled through the relevant store. Store refund requests are governed by the store’s rules and decision. Direct-contract cancellation and refund terms are governed by the applicable order, invoice, or written agreement. Cancellation normally stops future renewal and does not erase historical operational records.

6. Assisted Services

Migration, setup, training, support, custom development, and other human-delivered services require a confirmed scope. A needs form or Operations Fit Call is not itself a purchase or promise of delivery. Any fees, dates, responsibilities, and acceptance terms for assisted work will be set out separately. Assisted services do not silently add digital plan capacity; businesses needing more standard capacity should choose the appropriate plan.

7. Integrations

Use of third-party integrations (including Meta/WhatsApp, e-commerce, or payment providers) is subject to their own terms and platform availability.

8. Cortex Operational Work

Cortex may inspect authorized business records, prepare operational work, and produce case files or reports. Its conclusions are limited by the records and evidence available. A staff investigation case is an operational review, not a finding of misconduct, and remains subject to human review.

Consequential record changes remain governed by the permission, approval, idempotency, and verification controls shown in the product. Approval of one prepared control does not authorize another action.

9. Hosted Analysis

By using IGFirstERP and a Cortex workflow that requires hosted analysis, the business instructs IGFirstERP to send the minimum authorized material to an approved AI processor for the stated analysis, subject to the Privacy Policy and the published retention boundary. No separate in-product acceptance control is required. The business remains responsible for ensuring that its use of staff, customer, and uploaded evidence is lawful and appropriately communicated.

10. Availability and Changes

We aim for high service uptime, but temporary downtime may occur for maintenance, incidents, or third-party dependency issues.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent allowed by law, IGFirstERP is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from service use, business decisions, or third-party platform actions.

12. Termination and Deletion

We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, illegal activity, security risk, or serious breach. You may stop using the service or submit a verified account deletion request. Subscription cancellation and data deletion are separate actions: deleting an IGFirstERP account does not automatically cancel an Apple or Google subscription.
