Delete an account or business data

Use this form if you cannot access IGFirstERP. Signed-in users can start the same request from Account settings.

Before you submit

• Staff may request deletion of their login and eligible personal data.
• Only a verified owner may request deletion of an entire business account.
• Operational records that must be preserved for tax, legal, security, fraud-prevention, or audit purposes may be retained with identity minimized where appropriate.
• Deleting IGFirstERP data does not cancel an Apple or Google Play subscription. Cancel store billing separately.

What happens next

We verify the request, confirm authority for business-wide deletion, identify records that must legally be retained, and send a completion update. Eligible requests are normally reviewed within 7 to 30 business days.

Apple subscribers can manage cancellation at Apple Subscriptions.
