Version 2026-07-14. These programme terms supplement IGFirstERP’s general terms and privacy notice. The policy captured on a valid referral governs that referral.
Eligibility and approval
Business Advocates must remain active IGFirstERP customers. Referral Partners must be approved and complete required identity, tax and payout verification before cash can be released. Approval does not grant consulting, implementation, reseller or product-access rights.
Attribution
A valid referral is locked to the first approved referral code attached to an Operations Fit lead for 90 days. IGFirstERP may correct attribution before first payment when documented evidence supports the correction. Existing customers, active opportunities from the prior 90 days, self-referrals, common-owner businesses, employees and duplicate businesses are not eligible.
Rewards
Business Advocates earn 10% renewal credit and approved Referral Partners earn 10% cash commission on net base-subscription revenue collected during the referred business’s first 12 months. VAT, setup, support, hardware, messaging, add-ons, custom services, refunds and chargebacks are excluded. Each payment is held for 60 days. Customer credit expires after 24 months. Cash payouts require a minimum ₦25,000 balance and finance approval.
Reversals
Refunds, chargebacks, fraud or programme violations may void pending rewards or create a negative balance against earned or paid rewards. An already completed customer renewal will not be silently changed; the reversal is carried in the referral ledger.
Promotion rules
Partners must disclose the commercial relationship, use approved assets and make evidence-safe claims. Brand bidding, coupon-site distribution, spam, misleading claims, impersonation, credential access, multi-level recruitment and unapproved public creatives are prohibited.
Control and privacy
IGFirstERP may pause the programme or a participant, hold a disputed payout, request supporting evidence and process only the information needed for attribution, compliance and payment. Programme data is handled under the IGFirstERP privacy notice and applicable Nigerian data-protection requirements.
